You will sit at the intersection of creative direction, rapid data analysis, and explosive growth strategy. By mastering the YouTube Algorithm and leveraging deep insights into audience retention, you will shape the voice of a mission-driven brand scaling at a global level.
The Role
- Lead the end-to-end YouTube strategy for both long-form content and YouTube Shorts, driving subscriber growth and view velocity.
- Architect high-converting packaging strategies, including Title/Thumbnail A/B testing, metadata optimization, and CTR analysis.
- Devise data-driven content formats and storytelling frameworks by deep-diving into YouTube Analytics, retention curves, and traffic source data.
- Partner closely with a high-performance team of Video Editors and Creatives to ensure every frame is optimized for maximum engagement.
- Identify emerging creator economy trends and market gaps to keep the brand's content engine ahead of the curve.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience scaling major YouTube channels for high-profile creators, media brands, or digital-first businesses.
- Expert-level command of YouTube Studio, advanced analytics, and algorithm behavior patterns.
- A track record of developing viral content strategies that convert casual viewers into obsessed community members.
- High autonomy and a "Founder Mindset"—you are comfortable making big bets based on data and taking full ownership of the results.
- Ability to operate on EST time zone hours while maintaining a high-energy, performance-driven workflow.
