Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Francisco, CA for a Vice President of Sales & Strategic Partnerships. The VP will oversee and drive sales strategies, manage key accounts, and foster relationships with partners to achieve the company's business objectives. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing sales plans, leading the sales and business development teams, ensuring efficient sales operations, managing high-value accounts, and identifying new partnership opportunities to expand the organization's market presence. Additionally, the VP will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall company goals and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proven track record in Business Development and identifying strategic growth opportunities
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive results
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
