Overview
We are looking for a strategic and customer-obsessed VP of Product to lead product vision, roadmap, and execution. This role will drive product-market fit, user growth, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead product management and design teams
- Drive product-market fit and user engagement
- Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Translate business goals into product initiatives
- Own product metrics (growth, retention, revenue)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Prioritize features based on impact and feasibility
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of shipping successful products
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML or SaaS products
- Startup or fast-scaling company experience
- Technical background or close collaboration with engineering
