We’re looking for a video content creator who can help us bring that story to life through sharp, engaging short-form content.
We are hiring a Video Content Creator to own and produce short-form video content for Keak across TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
This role is for someone who understands how to make content that feels native to the platform, grabs attention in the first few seconds, and drives real engagement. You should know how to turn product demos, customer results, marketing ideas, trends, and founder insights into videos people actually want to watch.
You will work closely with the founder and team to create content that builds awareness, explains the product, and helps drive qualified leads.
- Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
- Turn product demos, customer wins, industry insights, and growth ideas into compelling videos
- Write hooks, scripts, captions, and creative concepts optimized for attention and retention
- Film, edit, and publish content that feels native to each platform
- Work with the founder to turn ideas, opinions, and product updates into engaging content
- Repurpose existing footage, demos, and long-form content into short-form assets
- Stay on top of trends, editing styles, and content formats that are performing
- Test different hooks, angles, formats, and posting strategies to improve performance
- Help build a repeatable content engine that increases awareness and generates demand
- Strong experience creating short-form video content
- Experience making content for TikTok and/or Instagram Reels
- Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, editing, and storytelling
- Ability to create content that feels natural, modern, and platform-native
- Strong video editing skills
- Ability to take a rough idea and turn it into polished content with minimal direction
- Strong understanding of what makes content perform on social media
- Comfortable working quickly and producing content at a high cadence
- Interest in startups, AI, marketing, and performance
- Experience creating content for B2B SaaS, marketing software, or e-commerce
- Experience creating founder-led or brand-led social content
- Experience with direct-response style ads or performance creative
- Comfortable being behind the camera, on camera, or directing talent
- Familiarity with conversion optimization, paid social, or growth marketing
