We are excited to hire a Vice President of Food & Beverage to support our growth. This is a remote role that will require travel. We do require this person to have hotel industry F&B leadership experience covering multiple brand families.
As the Vice President of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for the overall Food & Beverage operation for the company, reporting to the Executive Vice President, Operations. You will provide the vision and strategic leadership to drive outlet performance and employee satisfaction through the delivery of best-in-class dining and hospitality experiences. This position is a hands-on leadership role that will require extensive travel to provide ongoing training and support to property-level food and beverage leadership teams, assist with quality assurance, and identify areas of opportunity.
This role requires a strong background in food and beverage management, the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, partner with Association Boards, utilize exceptional financial management skills, build and lead diverse teams, and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

- Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This position is exempt (salaried) and full-time. Days and hours of work will be determined based on the business needs of the company. Weekend coverage may be required. Travel: This position will require extensive travel throughout the company portfolio and required meetings.
