A rapidly expanding primary care management services organisation partnering with independent practices across the Southeast. The business delivers financial, administrative, revenue cycle, IT and operational support to affiliated physician groups to enable clinical independence with scale-based performance and quality care delivery. Backed by a growth-oriented private equity sponsor and executing affiliate partnerships and add-on integrations, the platform is scaling its footprint and financial infrastructure.
The Opportunity
The VP Finance will be an early, high-impact finance leader reporting into the CFO and partnering with the CEO and sponsor. This role will strengthen FP&A, reshape core finance capabilities and help professionalize financial management in support of disciplined acquisitions, integration and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A, budgeting and rolling forecasts with actionable insights for leadership and investors
- Standardize and enhance monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages
- Drive cash flow analysis, working capital management and financial governance
- Build and refine financial controls, policies and compliance frameworks suitable for a healthcare PE platform
- Partner with operations to analyse performance drivers, margin levers and revenue cycle optimization
- Support acquisition diligence and financial integration efforts for new practice partnerships and revenue growth initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced finance leader with strong experience in healthcare services, MSO or multi-site provider environments
- Proven FP&A and reporting capability in a rapidly scaling business with acquisition activity
- Hands-on builder able to professionalize core finance functions in partnership with an established controller
- Commercial and credible communicator across executive teams and private equity sponsors
