Your Role

As the Vice President of Enterprise Stars Performance, you will be responsible for achieving 4+ Stars Performance across all Oasis Markets and aligned payor contracts. You will be tasked with building a high functioning team to support the market and align our clinical models to impact overall patient outcomes. You will integrate provider, patient engagement, pharmacy and technology strategies that balance enterprise focus with contract-level optimization.

Success in this role means creating a scalable, data-driven Stars program that achieves sustained 4+ performance across all contracts through aligned strategy, disciplined execution and shared ownership across functions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the enterprise Stars strategy, integrating provider, patient, pharmacy and data levers into a unified and successful performance framework
  • Evolve current Stars and Quality strategies into a comprehensive approach that maximizes Stars ratings and quality outcomes
  • Develop and maintain Oasis’s enterprise Stars playbook, standardizing performance improvement methodologies while enabling market-level customization based on payor and population needs
  • Build and lead a high functioning team, recruiting and developing subject matter experts who can translate strategy into execution
  • Establish a systematic approach for managing contract level performance inclusive of glidepaths and pathways to 4 Stars and accretive provider solutions
  • Design and oversee vendor, pharmacy, and analytics partnerships to ensure cost-effective, outcome-focused support
  • Partner closely with data, technology and product teams to prioritize and operationalize reporting, analytics and automation capabilities that drive proactive performance management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Risk Adjustment, Patient Engagement and Market Delivery leaders to drive shared accountability and coordinated execution
  • Lead strategic design function for improving our overall Med Adherence performance in the Southeast with key pharmacy, tech and provider solutions

About You

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven Healthcare Leadership experience
  • At least 7 years of experience leading a Stars / Quality operations or strategy team in a MA payor, VBC provider, or MSO environment
  • Proven success designing and executing enterprise-level Stars strategies that integrate provider, data, pharmacy, and patient engagement levers across markets
  • Deep expertise in Part D and pharmacy-related Stars measures with demonstrated success improving adherence and medication-related performance
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving shared accountability in matrixed organizations
  • Undergraduate Degree required – Graduate Degree a plus

Salary Range: $200,000 USD - $250,000 USD
