We’re building a fast-growing haircare brand in Europe (TheSilkyWay), present in retail (Rossmann, DM, SPAR), and scaling aggressively across multiple markets.
Now we’re looking for a UI Designer who can help us make our brand and funnels look clean, premium, and high-converting.
- Designing landing pages
- Improving UI/UX of existing funnels
- Designing images, icons and GIFs on these landing pages.
- Turning rough ideas / wireframes into clear, structured, high-converting UI
👉 But also:
- Creating images / visuals for landing pages (not just layout)
- Using AI tools (Nanobanana, Pomeli, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate and improve creatives fast
- Managing the visual asset pipeline, including:
- Coordinating with editors / creators
- Requesting and organizing GIFs, before-afters, product visuals
- Making sure every landing has the right visual assets (not just placeholders)
You’ll work closely with:
- Copywriters
- Editors, grapichs design
- Developers (Shopify / GemPages)
- You’ve designed high-converting landing pages before
- You understand DTC / e-commerce psychology
- You can both:
- design the UI
- and actually create the visuals inside it
- You’re comfortable using:
- Figma (must)
- AI tools for faster creative production
- You’re organized enough to coordinate assets with team members
Bonus if:
- You’ve worked with Shopify / GemPages
- You’ve worked in a fast-paced DTC team
- Depends on experience
- Can start:
- Project-based
- Then move to:
- Full-time ($2k–$4k/month)
