Are you service-minded, well-organized, and experienced in managing travel requests from start to finish?
Volare Vitae is looking for a Travel Consultant to join our growing team and help deliver seamless travel solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, travel coordination, and finding the best possible solutions in a dynamic international environment.
What you’ll do
- Manage client travel requests from inquiry to completion
- Advise clients on suitable, practical, and cost-efficient travel options
- Coordinate international travel arrangements based on project needs and traveler requirements
- Communicate with clients regarding changes, updates, and alternative options
- Ensure smooth service delivery and a high level of client satisfaction
- Work closely with internal colleagues to support project travel planning and execution
Who you are
- Service-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple travel requests at the same time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A strong communicator in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Experienced in travel consulting, corporate travel, or travel coordination
- Confident in dealing directly with clients and handling travel-related requests professionally
- Good working knowledge of Amadeus; relevant accreditation is an advantage
