Position: Personal Expert (Generalist)
Type: Part-time position

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design realistic, end-to-end personal workflows across everyday life tasks
- Build scenarios across personal productivity and life administration such as email triage, commitment tracking, gift planning, family logistics, and file organization
- Create workflows covering personal finance including transaction categorization, budget reconciliation, spending anomaly detection, tax preparation, and portfolio tracking
- Develop logistics and planning scenarios such as multi-stop trip planning, travel rebooking, contractor shortlisting, and household logistics
- Construct personal health workflows including medical record organization, pre-appointment briefs, medication tracking, lab result summaries, and insurance appeals
- Design consumer research tasks such as product shortlisting, service provider comparison, and major purchase research
Requirements
- BA / BS or equivalent with strong writing and structured reasoning
- Comfort with at least three of: personal finance, travel and logistics planning, consumer research, health and insurance paperwork, legal document review, career and learning resources
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow explicit constraints and priorities
- Clear written communication with ability to articulate reasoning step by step
- Ability to work on long-horizon, challenging problem sets rather than one-off tasks
