As a Training Development Consultant, you will:
- Enable transformative process improvement, system implementation, and talent development initiatives
- Drive technology adoption in the booming infrastructure space, including advanced software like SAP S/4HANA, Kahua, Oracle Primavera Unifier, PMWeb, ServiceNow, and Microsoft PowerBI
- Provide advice to senior leaders at major organizations like the U.S. Air Force, State of New York, Colorado Department of Transportation, City of Los Angeles, Sound Transit, and PG&E
- Utilize cutting-edge, AI-powered tools for developing custom content including Synthesia, Descript, Murf, Guru, Tango, and Scribe.
- Collaborate with world-class engineers, program managers, and executives who wholeheartedly champion training as a critical component of successful operations
Flexible Location: Remote in U.S. with about 10% travel for client work and company events

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teammates in designing custom training curricula, plans, and schedules
- Interview subject matter experts about work processes, technological tools, and performance standards
- Analyze existing training materials for relevance, accuracy, and quality
- Design outlines, scripts, and storyboards for training activities
- Develop cheat sheets, job aids, quick reference guides, how-to videos, facilitation guides, scenario-based exercises, and simulations
- Update records in tracking systems and provide regular status reports
- Ensure digital content complies with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Required Qualifications:
- Has world-class written and verbal communication skills
- Is comfortable liaising between analysts, engineers, and executives
- Has innate technological aptitude and digital literacy
- Is a master of tracking and controlling tasks, content, and events
- Enjoys tinkering with emerging tools and techniques
- Is prepared to support multiple concurrent projects for different clients
- Loves results-focused cultures with high personal accountability
- Maintains calm confidence in ambiguous and complex environments
Expected Pay: $70,000 - $100,000 based on experience, skills, and location
