WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with technical and program leadership to define requirements and build targeted sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of cleared and technical candidates (Software, Systems, Cybersecurity, IT, etc.) aligned with DoD program needs.
- Source active and passive candidates using traditional tools, AI sourcing platforms, networking, databases, and referrals.
- Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates, document communication, and maintain compliance.
- Prepare polished candidate submissions and communicate effectively with hiring teams and candidates.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through timely communication.
- Participate in career fairs, events, and employer brand initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvement and weekly reporting.
- Collaborate with HR, Security, and business units to ensure hiring success.

Technical Recruiter I
- 0-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or other technical environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in defense/aerospace.
- Proficiency with Boolean search and modern sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with DoD terminology and/or security clearance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple technical requisitions independently.
- 3–6 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or other technical environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in defense/aerospace.
- Proficiency with Boolean search and modern sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with DoD terminology and/or security clearance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple technical requisitions independently.
- 8-12 years of technical recruiting experience in defense, aerospace, or highly technical industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Boolean search, sourcing strategies, and market intelligence.
- Strong understanding of DoD terminology, federal contracting, and cleared hiring environments.
- Ability to lead complex or high-priority technical requisitions and serve as a strategic partner to leadership.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, hiring best practices, and federal compliance requirements.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with ability to learn new tools and systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting systems.
- Tenacity, accountability, and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience recruiting for Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI programs (preferred, not required).
- Technical Recruiter I: $56,500 – $67,800
- Technical Recruiter II: $69,750 – $83,700
- Technical Recruiter III: $90,000 – $108,000
