The Opportunity


Position: Talent Manager (also open to Associate or Senior Talent Manager based on experience)


As a Talent Manager, you’ll build and manage a diverse roster, identifying opportunities to support and grow talent and diversify revenue. You’ll lead talent recruitment, manage and secure partnerships, negotiate contracts, and oversee campaigns, while fostering long-term relationships that align talent and brand goals.

Role Summary

  • Build and manage your own roster: source, recruit, sign, and onboard talent
  • Provide high-touch management and personalized career guidance
  • Mentor and oversee coordinators supporting daily operations
  • Develop strategic growth plans and career roadmaps for talent
  • Source brand opportunities and submit talent to relevant castings
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and partnership terms
  • Lead campaigns across multiple sectors including licensing, IP, and long-term brand development
  • Oversee full campaign lifecycle from briefings to execution
  • Forge new brand relationships aligned with talent positioning
  • Track trends across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to elevate talent presence
  • Support cross-industry opportunities and entertainment sector expansion
  • Create post-campaign reports and internal case studies
  • Adapt to evolving talent needs and take on new responsibilities as required


Qualifications

  • 1+ years managing talent or creators, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of brand partnerships, digital media, and social platforms
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience developing career strategies and growth plans for talent
  • Entertainment industry experience and network of contacts is a plus
