The Opportunity
Position: Talent Manager (also open to Associate or Senior Talent Manager based on experience)
As a Talent Manager, you’ll build and manage a diverse roster, identifying opportunities to support and grow talent and diversify revenue. You’ll lead talent recruitment, manage and secure partnerships, negotiate contracts, and oversee campaigns, while fostering long-term relationships that align talent and brand goals.

Role Summary
- Build and manage your own roster: source, recruit, sign, and onboard talent
- Provide high-touch management and personalized career guidance
- Mentor and oversee coordinators supporting daily operations
- Develop strategic growth plans and career roadmaps for talent
- Source brand opportunities and submit talent to relevant castings
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and partnership terms
- Lead campaigns across multiple sectors including licensing, IP, and long-term brand development
- Oversee full campaign lifecycle from briefings to execution
- Forge new brand relationships aligned with talent positioning
- Track trends across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to elevate talent presence
- Support cross-industry opportunities and entertainment sector expansion
- Create post-campaign reports and internal case studies
- Adapt to evolving talent needs and take on new responsibilities as required
Qualifications
- 1+ years managing talent or creators, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of brand partnerships, digital media, and social platforms
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience developing career strategies and growth plans for talent
- Entertainment industry experience and network of contacts is a plus
