We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is not a business development role our focus is on delivering recruitment and search assignments for existing clients. You’ll be working directly with hiring managers, building trusted relationships, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
Your role will be varied and engaging including:
- Managing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Arranging and coordinating interviews between clients and candidates.
- Attending industry events to meet clients and candidates face-to-face and stay connected with the market.
- Conducting talent mapping and market research.
- Supporting recruitment delivery with high-quality administration and reporting.
- Ensuring every candidate and client experience reflects our brand values.
