Let’s cut to it. We’re growing fast across 22 US states, and right now the single biggest thing standing between us and our next chapter is finding the right people. That’s where you come in.

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own the entire recruitment pipeline for our field sales reps and Territory Managers across both The Pets Table and HelloFresh campaigns. Sourcing, screening, onboarding — the whole thing is yours. No hand-holding required, just the support you need and the freedom to make it work.

This isn’t a “post and pray” role. You’ll be proactive, resourceful, and relentless about building a bench of talented people who are ready to go when we need them. If a territory is light on reps, that keeps you up at night. If a Territory Manager role sits open too long, you take it personally. Sound like you? Keep reading.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll manage job postings across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and anywhere else the right candidates are hanging out. You’ll screen, qualify, and move people through the pipeline quickly — because in this business, speed matters. You’ll make sure every 1099 contractor agreement is signed before anyone sets foot at their first show. You’ll run our Referral Programme day-to-day and report on your pipeline weekly to the Head of Sales & Operations.

What we expect — and we mean it:

We don’t do vague targets. Here’s exactly what good looks like in this role:

A minimum of 3 reps ready to deploy per territory, every week. New reps at their first show within 7–10 days of hire. Zero open vacancies sitting unfilled past 14 days. Territory Manager roles filled in under 3 weeks.
