What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate and ensure completion of candidate background checks, health screenings, and necessary documentation for hires
- Manage administrative tasks related to pre-hire processes, including employment correspondence and scheduling interviews
- Maintain data integrity for all hires and rehires, addressing any changes affecting the hiring process
- Communicate consistently with candidates and recruiters regarding pre-boarding processes and day one activities
- Administer training for new team members and keep documentation of processes and procedures up-to-date
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Customer Service, or similar fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRMS and applicant tracking systems
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with an HRIS or ATS, preferably Workday
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
