We are looking for remote contract Talent Acquisition professionals with manufacturing recruiting (high-volume) experience.


The ideal candidate will reside in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.


As a highly effective subject matter expert, you will use your recruitment and consultative influencing skills to develop solid pipelines of manufacturing talent in support of our key vacancies. Critical skills include talent identification and attraction, networking, candidate assessment, and delivering consistently positive candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Associate will:

  • Source, screen, and short-list a qualified talent pool in support of our continued growth.
  • Provide Best-in-Class candidate experience through strong communication and execution of a seamless process.
  • Become knowledgeable of our business to ensure you can articulate our value proposition and serve as the face of Saint-Gobain North America via various channels.
  • Identify and validate top talent from target spaces (competitors, associations, industry, etc.) and use the data to determine methods that provide quality hires.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and applicant tracking using our applicant database.


Skills and Requirements:

Required

  • Significant experience in manufacturing talent acquisition (hourly preferred) and a history of quickly becoming embedded in talent communities, converting prospects to applicants.
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in house or agency recruiting
  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying and validating the needs of the business.
  • Ability to develop and communicate appropriate success metrics, interpret trends, and adjust strategies as needed in response to current market conditions.
  • Knowledge of employment best practices, common human resource policies and procedures, DOL guidelines, and requirements.


Preferred

  • Prior experience sourcing/recruiting for positions in manufacturing.
  • Strong project management, organization, and time management/prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
