Job Description


We are looking for a Strategy & Growth Director to serve as a trusted advisor to our global client base. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role that works closely with Web3 founders, executives, and stakeholders to define strategy, drive growth, and execute high-impact initiatives.


You will lead engagements across market positioning, go-to-market execution, token strategy, and ecosystem expansion, turning vision into reality. Beyond advisory, you will play a key role in shaping STORM Partners’ strategic direction, thought leadership, and client relationships.

⚡️ Responsibilities


  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Web3 clients across geographies and ecosystems
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for protocols, products, and token launches
  • Lead market positioning, narrative, and brand strategy
  • Design and optimize token economies and incentive structures
  • Drive ecosystem growth, partnerships, and network effects
  • Support fundraising strategy and investor positioning
  • Translate strategy into execution, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Produce thought leadership and brief clients on market trends and strategic shifts
  • Contribute to business development and expansion of STORM Partners’ client base


⚡️ Requirements


  • 6–10+ years in strategy, consulting, venture, or growth (Web3, fintech, or tech)
  • Strong understanding of digital assets, token economies, and market dynamics
  • Proven track record advising founders, executives, or institutional stakeholders
  • Experience leading go-to-market, growth, or strategic transformation initiatives
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced English; additional languages are a plus
