Key Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring that each interaction is professional, friendly, and efficient
• Educate customers about our products and services, providing detailed information and navigating inquiries effectively
• Address and resolve customer complaints quickly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and perform follow-ups as necessary

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

• Comfortable with computer systems and CRM software
