- Provide clear and accurate information about technology solutions, troubleshooting steps, and product features
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
- Maintain comprehensive records of interactions and solutions within the CRM system
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and contribute to service enhancements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates to offer informed support
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly valued
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technology sector, is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and other support tools is a plus
- High level of adaptability and willingness to relocate and work in Greece
