Join a dynamic project supporting the US launch of a habit-building kit brand for first-time puppy parents. This role is ideal for a US-based social media professional who understands the pet market and how new puppy owners engage with brands online. You will be responsible for building a social presence from the ground up, creating and posting engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, and fostering a warm, authentic community. The ideal candidate is comfortable with short-form content creation, community management, and collaborating asynchronously with an international team.

Deliverables
- Develop and execute a content calendar, posting 4–5 pieces per week on Instagram (Reels, carousels, static images)
- Launch and manage TikTok with native, platform-appropriate content
- Write engaging, personal captions tailored to US puppy owners
- Conduct daily community management, responding to comments and messages
- Identify and reach out to micro-creators and influencers in the puppy and new dog owner space
- Collaborate with a PR agency on launches, creator partnerships, and campaigns
- Prepare and deliver a weekly performance report every Friday
- Based in the US with a deep understanding of the US pet, lifestyle, or parenting social media landscape
- Proven experience growing Instagram or TikTok accounts, ideally in pet, lifestyle, or parenting sectors
- Skilled in creating native short-form video and visual content
- Strong copywriting skills with a warm, direct, and authentic tone
- Experience with community management and influencer outreach
- Ability to work independently and collaborate asynchronously with a Southeast Asia–based team
- Available to start in mid-April
