Social Media Coordinator – Remote (Recruitment Brand)

Vita CV is hiring on behalf of our client, a recruitment-focused brand building visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, and short-form content channels.
With candidate engagement becoming more content-led, the business needs a Social Media Coordinator who can keep posting consistent, improve engagement, and support audience growth with structured execution.
About the Role:
You will manage the day-to-day coordination of social media activity, including content scheduling, engagement handling, performance tracking, and campaign support.
This role is suited to someone who understands how to keep content moving, maintain brand consistency, and spot which formats and hooks are performing best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish 10–15 weekly posts across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Maintain a structured content calendar aligned to hiring campaigns and brand goals
- Respond to comments, DMs, and basic enquiries within agreed response times
- Track performance metrics including reach, saves, engagement rate, and click-through rate
- Coordinate with design or content teams to prepare assets for posting
- Test different hooks, post formats, and caption styles to improve performance
- Support campaign visibility for jobs, employer branding, and candidate-focused content
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience managing or coordinating social media content
- Strong copywriting skills for short-form, platform-specific posts
- Good organisational skills with the ability to follow a posting schedule consistently
- Understanding of engagement, reach, and content performance metrics
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Professional written communication and eye for brand tone
Nice to Have:
- Experience within recruitment, careers, or B2B service-led businesses
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
- Basic knowledge of Canva or simple asset coordination workflows
