Position: Slack User/ Specialist

Type: Contract

Compensation: $20 - $70/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Administer and configure Slack workspaces to ensure efficient collaboration and information flow.
Develop and maintain Slack workflow automations to enhance productivity and streamline repetitive tasks.
Integrate Slack with other tools and platforms to optimize team operations and increase engagement.
Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions to ensure new users are proficient with Slack tools and best practices.
Analyze Slack usage metrics to identify trends and opportunities for enhanced team usage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain
points and implement effective Slack solutions.

Requirements:

Have a minimum of of hands-on experience as a Slack user, demonstrating proven expertise in day-to-day platform usage.
Possess strong proficiency with Slack administration, including managing channels, user access, and notifications.
Have experience setting up workflow automations within Slack to support team needs.
Have expertise integrating Slack with third-party applications and internal tools.
Demonstrate the ability to deliver engaging remote training and onboarding sessions.
