Position: Slack User/ Specialist

Type: Contract

Compensation: $20 - $70/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Slack workspaces to ensure efficient collaboration and information flow.
• Develop and maintain Slack workflow automations to enhance productivity and streamline repetitive tasks.
• Integrate Slack with other tools and platforms to optimize team operations and increase engagement.
• Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions to ensure new users are proficient with Slack tools and best practices.
• Analyze Slack usage metrics to identify trends and opportunities for enhanced team usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain
• points and implement effective Slack solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of of hands-on experience as a Slack user, demonstrating proven expertise in day-to-day platform usage.
• Possess strong proficiency with Slack administration, including managing channels, user access, and notifications.
• Have experience setting up workflow automations within Slack to support team needs.
• Have expertise integrating Slack with third-party applications and internal tools.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver engaging remote training and onboarding sessions.
