Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager, Europe role is a full-time position, responsible for all of Europe. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key clients, managing distribution networks, and identifying new market opportunities within the European region. The Sales Manager is also responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and business development in international markets, especially in Europe.
- Knowledge of MEMS technology, sensor products, or related technology-driven industries. A technical background is a plus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Europe
- Must be self-motivated / self-driven
- Fluency in English is required; additional European language proficiency is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
