We are looking for a Senior Regional Business Manager to lead regional commercial strategy, develop high‑performing teams, and drive growth through strong distributor and customer partnerships.

Travel: Domestic & International
Key Role Highlights
- Lead and develop Regional Business Managers across assigned territories
- Translate corporate strategy into regional execution and measurable results
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with key strategic customers
- Drive distributor performance, KPIs, and best practices
- Support organizational change and distributor transitions
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of business management experience
- Strong background in Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership
- Experience with premium or industrial brands preferred
- Proven ability to lead senior teams and complex initiatives
- Advanced English (spoken & written)
