We’re expanding our Direct Hire division and looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter – Team Lead who knows the electrical and skilled trades space, can drive results, and is ready to help shape the future of our recruiting team.

What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
- Run full-cycle recruiting on high-priority construction and skilled trades roles
- Partner with leadership to drive hiring strategy and priorities
- Coach recruiters to improve performance, consistency, and output
- Track metrics, optimize workflows, and improve recruiting processes
What We Need:
- Experience leading or mentoring recruiters
- Strong agency recruiting background (construction industry preferred)
- Proven experience recruiting within electrical, construction, or skilled trades
- Track record of closing placements and hitting metrics
- Ability to source and engage passive technical candidates
- Experience with ATS + sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip recruiter, etc.)
