The Opportunity


We are hiring Hospitality Talent Advisors, Senior Recruiters, and Principal Recruiters.


This role is built for high producers who want to:

  • Close more deals
  • Work on real roles with urgency

What You’ll Do

  • Run a full recruiting desk (clients + candidates)
  • Partner with restaurant brands to hire key leadership talent
  • Advise clients on hiring strategy, structure, and talent gaps
  • Source, qualify, and place high-impact candidates
  • Drive interviews → offers → placements
  • Build long-term relationships with operators and executives
  • Negotiate offers and close deals
  • Manage pipeline and consistently hit KPIs
  • Generate and farm new job orders


We have the clients — you bring the execution.


Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

  • Competitive base (based on experience and production history)
  • Uncapped commission structure designed for top performers
  • Multiple six-figure income potential for strong producers
  • $150K–$300K+ typical top performer range
  • $200K–$300K+ for elite performers
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives
  • No income ceiling
