Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure to support SaaS platform operations
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release orchestration workflows to ensure reliable, scalable deployments
- Drive best practices in infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or similar
- Monitor, maintain, and improve observability stacks, including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry
- Collaborate with development and product teams to streamline workflows, enhance developer experience, and improve operational efficiency
- Mentor engineers on DevOps practices, containerization, and cloud-native technologies, fostering a culture of shared ownership and excellence
- Participate in architecture and operational decision-making, contributing to the evolution of the platform
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud technologies
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes and containerization
- Proficiency with at least one major public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure); experience with multiple clouds is a plus
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD tooling and practices
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks, including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or OpenTelemetry
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python)
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills within distributed, cross-functional teams
- Bonus: Experience with Argo projects (Argo CD, Argo Workflows), Crossplane, event-driven architectures, Go or Node.js programming, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
