Senior Account Manager – Switzerland (EDI / SaaS)


We’re working with a globally recognised SaaS business operating at the forefront of supply chain and logistics technology. With a strong international presence and a well-established customer base, they are continuing to invest in their European growth — and Switzerland is a key market.


As a result, they are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of strategic customer and partner relationships across the region.


The Role


This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts. You’ll work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term value, while also identifying opportunities to expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your customers, working cross-functionally with internal teams (Professional Services, Support, Product) to deliver a seamless experience.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with key customers and partners across Switzerland
  • Owning contract renewals and commercial discussions
  • Identifying and driving upsell opportunities
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer engagement
  • Supporting customers in optimising their processes through SaaS/EDI solutions
  • Regular travel to client sites across Switzerland


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS account management
  • Solid background in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) — this is essential
  • Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Experience managing complex, enterprise-level customer relationships
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Commercially aware, with a track record of driving revenue growth within accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a relevant B2B environment (SaaS / EDI preferred)
  • Fluent in German (Swiss) and English (French or Italian is a plus)
  • Based in Switzerland, with willingness to travel
