About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement (SE) expert to take ownership of system support and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This senior-level role focuses on strategic enhancement and operational excellence within the SAP Ariba SE platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Support (50%)
- Manage complex SAP Ariba SE issues and provide 2nd-line support (excluding supplier-facing cases).
- Optimisation & Roadmap (40%)
- Identify opportunities for improvement and define new functionality to implement.
- Develop a phased enhancement roadmap for 2026–2027.
- Data & Maintenance (10%)
- Maintain and update SE master data through SAP Process Orchestration.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or ERP support, with recent focus on SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement.
- Strong expertise in SE configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations.
- Solid understanding of procurement operations, including buying, categories, and supplier processes.
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
- Structured, analytical mindset with the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
