Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to join a rapidly growing FinTech organization that specializes in digital payment solutions, financial software, and banking technology products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in the financial technology sector.
  • Identify and approach potential clients including banks, NBFCs, startups, and enterprises.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in an easy-to-understand way for clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and improve product positioning.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging FinTech innovations.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within FinTech, Banking, SaaS, or Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, APIs, lending, or banking software is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical product knowledge into client-focused solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
