Roles and responsibilities:
- Building a solid proposition incorporating the Bleckmanncorporate strategy to further expandthe lifestyle market segment, in close cooperation with colleagues of Sales and Client Services, Marketing, IT, Solutions Design and Operations.
- Part of the Lifestyle Sales Unit
- Identifying commercial opportunities and challenges for Bleckmann withinthe Lifestyle market segment.
- Leading and developing regionaland international customerrelationships and development opportunities in the lifestyle industry
- Driving change,promoting continuous improvement and adopting new work methodsin line with ever changing market demands and practices
- Developing a key accountportfolio as well as potentialcustomers within the lifestyle market segment
- Maintaining accountplans for the its portfolio
- Developing new business with set targetsacross the entire supply chain and in various geographies including Belgium, The Netherlands, The UK, the US and other countries
Profile:
- Bachelor/master degreein Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or an equivalent by experience
- A minimumof 3-10 yearssales/commercial experience in a B2B and B2C supply chain environment, preferably with a proventrack record working in logistics (3PL).
- Creative mindset to develop and market Bleckmann USP within the Lifestyle market segments.
- Passion for sales throughthe promotion of key accountmanagement to maximizebusiness opportunities with key customers
- Strong relationship building ability including sustaining long-term customerrelationships.
- Excellent communicator with the abilityto successfully negotiatekey sales contractswith new and existing customers and C-level stakeholders
- Hands-on and being able to translatestrategy in executable projects
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work well under pressureand a passion for drivingand delivering innovative sales strategies within an ambitious business market
- Feeling at ease representing Bleckmann through differentchannels: international conferences, face to face meetings, public speaking
- Willing to travel to maintain open relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Fluency in English, Dutch
