Your future Role – Sales Manager (Full-Time, Remote)
We’re looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our growth — building relationships, driving sales strategies, and expanding our presence across Europe.
You’ll:
- Develop and execute creative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
 - Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and partners.
 - Identify new business opportunities and turn them into success stories.
 - Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
 - Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
 - Regularly report on sales performance and market trends.
 
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and a proven ability to implement them effectively.
 - Experience in client relationship management and leading sales teams.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Skilled at spotting new opportunities and closing deals.
 - Comfortable using CRM systems and Read.me, SurferSEO,ChatGPT and more.
 - A track record of achieving (or exceeding!) sales goals.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
 - Experience in software or FinTech is a plus.
 
Must Have
- European residency (within the EU or Switzerland).
 - Fluent in English, and German, and French.
 - A natural networker who enjoys meeting people and building connections.
 - Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across Europe.
