About the Role



We are seeking a high-energy, hands on, results-driven Regional Sales Director (RSD) to lead revenue growth in key markets by acquiring and expanding customer relationships across all lines of business. In this role, you will work closely with the operations leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive market sales plans, focused on both new business development and expanding relationships with existing customers. The RSD will own market performance for the assigned region, collaborating closely with Operations, Quality, and the broader Commercial organisation to drive revenue across all facilities in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic hunter with a proven B2B sales record who thrives in fast-paced, service-driven industries.



Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a market sales plan aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across all lines of business.
  • Grow and maintain strategic relationships with existing customers to expand service offerings.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the region.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership.



Qualifications



  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, in a service-driven industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets in a regional or national sales role.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.



Preferred Skills



  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in multi-location operations.
  • Knowledge and ability to showcase DCI products and services.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).
