❄️ Your Mission As our Area Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our commercial refrigeration business—developing relationships, driving sales, and expanding our footprint across your territory.
You will:
- Build, manage, and grow a strong customer portfolio within your assigned area
- Promote and sell commercial refrigeration equipment and services to B2B clients
- Prepare and present compelling commercial offers in collaboration with our Sales Back Office
- Lead negotiations and close deals with confidence
- Work closely with Sales & Project Support to ensure accurate and competitive quotations
- Activate marketing initiatives together with our Trade Marketing team
- Contribute to budgeting and deliver reliable monthly sales forecasts
- Monitor key KPIs such as overdues and stock performance
🌍 Expect frequent travel across the Netherlands, with occasional trips to Belgium —your company car will take you there.
🧊 What You Bring You know how to sell—and you understand the technical side of the business.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Economics, Engineering, or similar
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, cooling systems, or related technical sectors
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (C1 level)
- A proactive mindset and willingness to travel regularly
- Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP or similar tools are a plus)
- A valid driver’s license
