As a Sales and Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth in the US market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and revenue streams.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the US market to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and close high-value deals to drive sales.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation tactics, both online and offline, to identify and nurture potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our technology services and solutions to clients.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to ensure favorable terms for both parties.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. Actively looking for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management. Manage the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Plan: Creating a short- and long-term sales plan to achieve the given objectives.
  • Attend Industry/Services relevant conferences. 



Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Min 5-8 years of relevant experience, specifically within the IT services or Technology solutions industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated sales track record.
  • Experience with the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.

Education: BS (CS) or other similar degree or above
