As a Sales and Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth in the US market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and revenue streams.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the US market to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and close high-value deals to drive sales.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation tactics, both online and offline, to identify and nurture potential customers.
- Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our technology services and solutions to clients.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to ensure favorable terms for both parties.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. Actively looking for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management. Manage the sales pipeline.
- Sales Plan: Creating a short- and long-term sales plan to achieve the given objectives.
- Attend Industry/Services relevant conferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Min 5-8 years of relevant experience, specifically within the IT services or Technology solutions industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated sales track record.
- Experience with the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
