Risk Analyst – Switzerland

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analyst to support our risk management team in Switzerland. In this role, you will evaluate financial, operational, and strategic risks, provide actionable insights, and help the organization make informed decisions to mitigate potential exposures.
This position requires strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex risk information effectively to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, assess, and monitor financial, operational, and strategic risks.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis using internal and external data.
- Develop risk models, dashboards, and reporting tools to track key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Prepare risk reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
- Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in risk analysis, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and risk management or analytics tools (e.g., SAS, Python, R, Tableau).
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FINMA, Basel III, IFRS) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English; German and/or French is a plus.
