Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to training and evaluating AI models in compliance and risk domains
- Create tasks and deliverables based on real-world regulatory and risk scenarios
- Provide domain-specific feedback to improve AI system performance
- Apply expertise in compliance frameworks, risk assessment, and internal controls
- Collaborate on project-based work while meeting defined deliverables
- Work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Professional experience in regulatory compliance, risk assessment and mitigation, internal controls, or audit
- Background in compliance, risk management, or related domains
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, structured input
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability to commit to project-based work ranging from 15–30 hours per week
