We’re hiring on behalf of a high-growth Scandinavian brand that’s revolutionizing the watch and jewelry industry through exceptional product design and a powerful direct-to-consumer model.
Now, they’re doubling down on Direct-to-Retail (D2R), and need a D2R Growth Manager to build and scale this global channel. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a revenue stream already generating ~100MSEK, with a bold vision to grow it to 1bnSEK by 2030.
You’ll work directly with the founders and join an entrepreneurial team that’s scaled international brands before. This is your opportunity to lead a high-impact function, blending eCommerce, tech, wholesale, and operations into one fast-moving growth engine.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Define and execute the global reseller roadmap to expand distribution, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen alignment with the companies brand and commercial objectives
- Drive sustainable growth of the D2R revenue stream by balancing topline expansion with margin optimization and long-term profitability
- Build a high-performing network of thousands of independent resellers across key markets, increasing market penetration and sales velocity
- Scale and optimize infrastructure, processes, and tools to deliver frictionless reseller transactions and unlock higher order volumes
- Foster strong, trusted relationships with resellers that improve retention, boost sales performance, and drive mutual growth
- Leverage data to uncover opportunities, guide pricing and promotions, and optimize product mix for measurable performance improvements
- Align with sales, operations, marketing, and product teams to deliver an exceptional reseller experience that fuels global growth
WHO YOU ARE
- 4–7 years in eCommerce, growth, biz dev, or strategy, ideally with experience in marketplaces, retail, or consumer brands
- Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of P&L ownership and performance drivers
- Comfortable working with Shopify, digital commerce infrastructure, and B2B/B2C hybrid models
- Analytical mindset with a knack for uncovering opportunities and scaling what works
- Natural relationship builder who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Highly ambitious, proactive, and excited to help scale a brand with global potential

12 Months - You’ve built a high-functioning D2R growth engine with consistent revenue and margin expansion
