Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Resourcing Coordinator, located in the UK. The Resourcing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and talent development efforts by sourcing and onboarding new talent. Daily tasks include screening and interviewing candidates, organizing training sessions, supporting freelancer visits, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating with different departments to meet their resource needs.


Qualifications

  • Experience with recruitment, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work part-time remotely in the United Kingdom
  • Experience with maintaining databases and coordinating with multiple departments
  • Prior experience in the cruise industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
