Remote Case Manager (Full-Time, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm EST)
Pay: $21–$23 per hour (based on experience)
We’re seeking a Remote Case Manager to join our growing team! This role involves conducting assessments and outreach to members to help determine benefit coverage and ensure they receive the services and support they need. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic outreach and follow-ups with members to complete assessments and determine eligibility or benefit coverage
- Gather and document information accurately in internal systems and member records
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate benefits, referrals, and service plans
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in case management, utilization review, or member services preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
