Too busy for your own life — even though your career is “working”?

This independent, remote pathway is designed for experienced professionals who want to build a more flexible way of working in a structured, professional environment.

This is a self-employed/independent setup (not a salaried position).

📍 Location requirement (important)

You must currently live in and invoice from one of the following:

Switzerland, Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.

Applications outside these locations will not be considered.

🔹 What you will be doing

• Follow a clear onboarding and operating structure

• Hold structured phone/video conversations (no cold outreach)

• Participate in weekly professional group calls

• Create and publish simple online content

• Learn and apply digital marketing basics (training provided)

• Use simple systems and follow-up processes

• Engage in ongoing leadership and personal development

🔹 Who this is for

• Experienced professionals (not suitable for students or entry-level)

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

• Able to commit approx. 15 hours per week consistently

• Open-minded, reliable, and willing to learn and grow

• Interested in personal growth and long-term development

🔹 What this provides

• Flexible, fully remote structure

• Clear systems and ongoing support

• A structured environment (nothing to build from scratch)

• Long-term development potential

• Greater flexibility in how you organise your work and time

This isn't a quick result or a short-term role.

It is a structured pathway for those looking to gradually build a more flexible and independent way of working.

🔹 How to express interest

Apply and complete the short screening questions.

Selected applicants will be contacted via LinkedIn message for a brief introductory conversation (5–10 minutes) to assess initial fit.

Further details are shared after this first step, if aligned.
