About the Role:

This role is built for someone who thrives on the candidate side—finding, engaging, and qualifying top talent. You won’t be responsible for business development. Your focus is simple: build strong pipelines and deliver high-quality candidates.

We’re targeting recruiters who understand construction and can speak the language—especially within high-growth sectors like data centers and industrial builds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified candidates across construction verticals:
  • Data Center / Mission Critical
  • Industrial & Manufacturing
  • Food & Beverage
  • Cold Storage
  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
  • Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future roles
  • Partner with account managers/recruiters to fill open positions
  • Track candidate activity and maintain clean CRM data
  • Stay on top of market trends, compensation, and competitor movement

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience
  • Experience in construction recruiting preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking)
  • Ability to assess candidates beyond just resumes
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Team-oriented mindset—this role supports revenue generators
