About the Role:
This role is built for someone who thrives on the candidate side—finding, engaging, and qualifying top talent. You won’t be responsible for business development. Your focus is simple: build strong pipelines and deliver high-quality candidates.
We’re targeting recruiters who understand construction and can speak the language—especially within high-growth sectors like data centers and industrial builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates across construction verticals:
- Data Center / Mission Critical
- Industrial & Manufacturing
- Food & Beverage
- Cold Storage
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future roles
- Partner with account managers/recruiters to fill open positions
- Track candidate activity and maintain clean CRM data
- Stay on top of market trends, compensation, and competitor movement
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience
- Experience in construction recruiting preferred
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking)
- Ability to assess candidates beyond just resumes
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Team-oriented mindset—this role supports revenue generators
