2. About the Opportunity:
The Recruiter will lead end-to-end hiring processes to secure high-quality talent across the organization. This role involves partnering closely with hiring managers, People Business Partners, and People & Talent Operations to ensure a consistent, efficient, and engaging candidate experience. The position demands strong judgment, ownership, and adaptability to evolving recruiting systems and processes, playing a critical role in building the team that drives organizational growth.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from role definition and sourcing through offer closure
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and support hiring decisions with clear evaluation
• Collaborate with People Business Partners to align hiring profiles with team and business needs
• Work with People & Talent Operations to provide an efficient candidate experience including scheduling and communication
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments to identify top candidates
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and pipeline health, using metrics to refine recruiting approaches
• Utilize AI and recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and coordination efficiency
• Guide candidates professionally through the offer process
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and candidate experience
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years recruiting experience owning sourcing through closing
• Proven ability to independently manage searches and deliver results
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders including hiring managers and HR teams
• Strong candidate assessment skills and sound judgment
• High attention to detail and disciplined process management
• Comfort balancing strategic planning with execution and coordination
• Experience working with structured recruiting processes and systems
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proactive use of AI and emerging recruiting technologies
• Ability to thrive in evolving process and infrastructure environments
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience recruiting in B2B SaaS or technology sectors
• Experience hiring technical and go-to-market roles
• Exposure to global or distributed hiring models
• Experience working with recruiting agencies or external partners
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The starting base pay range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000 USD per year, determined by factors including skills, experience, business priorities, market demands, and location.
• This role includes stock options, providing an opportunity to share in the organization''s success.
