We’re Hiring: Temp Recruiter – Non-Profit / Mission-Driven Focus (Fully Remote | East Coast Preferred)
A non-profit client is seeking an experienced Temp Recruiter to support hiring across corporate functions, with a strong focus on social impact and mission-driven roles. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage complex stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about connecting great talent to meaningful work.
Location: Fully Remote (East Coast candidates preferred)
Experience: 3–5 years of recruiting experience
Preferred Background: Nonprofit or mission-driven organization experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate and social impact roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Navigate and influence challenging hiring managers with professionalism and confidence
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for mission-critical positions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with difficult hiring managers
- Experience recruiting for social impact, program, or mission-oriented roles highly valued
- Familiarity with UKG preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
