Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Source qualified candidates using a variety of channels including databases, networking, internet tools, cold outreach, media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records and applicant tracking data.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
- Promote the organization’s culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
- 2–4 years of experience in a customer service or recruiting role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Understanding of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and applicant tracking systems.

- Duration: 3 Months
- Pay Range: $30.50 - $34.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
