Role Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated content across plays, novels, and short stories
- Evaluate outputs for literary quality, structure, tone, and thematic depth
- Provide detailed editorial feedback to improve coherence and originality
- Apply expertise in narrative craft to enhance storytelling quality
- Ensure outputs demonstrate strong voice, character development, and dialogue
Requirements
- Strong years of experience in creative writing (playwriting, novels, and/or short fiction)
- Substantial body of published work (novels, staged plays, or recognized short stories)
- Work featured in reputable literary publications, journals, anthologies, or productions
- Recognition through literary awards, fellowships, or honors (preferred)
- Exceptional command of narrative craft, including structure, voice, and character development
- Strong editorial and critique skills with attention to style and thematic depth
