Active Search Partners is supporting a leading client in the energy storage sector in hiring a Proposal Manager. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end proposal development process for energy storage projects, ensuring high-quality, competitive, and compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full proposal lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to final submission
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, commercial, legal, and finance)
- Develop compelling technical and commercial proposals for energy storage solutions
- Ensure alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards
- Analyze RFPs/RFQs and define win strategies
- Maintain proposal documentation and knowledge libraries
Requirements:
- Proven experience in proposal/bid management, preferably in energy, renewables, or storage
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, persuasive content
- Experience working with complex infrastructure or energy projects is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
