We're hiring a Project Manager at 4080 Marketing.

Not a task-ticker. Not a meeting-scheduler. A real PM who can own a client portfolio and keep a fast-moving agency from dropping balls.

A bit about us: we're a CRO agency working with some of the biggest names in ecom. Brands you've definitely heard of. We move fast, we use AI across everything we do, and we hold ourselves to a standard most agencies don't come close to.

What the role actually looks like

You're managing multiple Shopify/e-comm client accounts simultaneously. Designers, developers, CRO specialists, talented people who need someone making sure the whole machine keeps moving. You'll work directly with the founders, prioritize the team's schedules, and own delivery across your client portfolio end-to-end.

You're making sure clients are thrilled.

What you'll get out of it

This isn't a role where you maintain the status quo. You'll be working alongside some of the sharpest marketers in the industry. Our clients are genuinely best in class at what they do. The learning curve is steep by design. If you want to level up faster than you ever have, this is the environment for it.

Clear path to Head of Operations or Agency Director for the right person. We promote based on what you can do, not how long you've been here.

Requirements:

  • Based anywhere. We're a global remote team, but you must be available during EST hours
  • Agency experience (no hard year requirement. We care more about what you've owned than how long you've been doing it)
  • Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day and picking up new ones fast
  • Shopify/e-comm background

How you'll be measured:

  • Client retention
  • On-time delivery rate

You're probably a fit if:

  • You've worked in an agency or brand and actually thrived in it
  • You're proactive. You're already solving the problem before anyone knows there is one
  • You use AI tools and aren't scared of learning new ones
  • You think about marketing in your free time because you genuinely find it interesting, not because you have to

You're probably not a fit if:

  • You clock out mentally at 5pm and switch off from the industry
  • You need a rigid process handed to you before you can move
  • You wait to be told something is off instead of spotting it yourself
